We adopt technology for work-order tracking and vendor performance, transition from reactive to predictive maintenance and recommend investing in sustainability/efficiency upgrades that lower costs long-term.

We’ll regularly review insurance policies with brokers for gaps, provide landlords with annual compliance audits, and develop and test emergency response plans with tenants and vendors.
