We conduct regular tenant check-ins (not just when problems arise), create tenant appreciation or communication programs and track and report tenant satisfaction metrics.

We oversee building systems, repairs, and contractors, ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and maintain safety, accessibility, and curb appeal. We adopt technology for work-order tracking and vendor performance, transition from reactive to predictive maintenance and recommend investing in sustainability/efficiency upgrades that lower costs long-term.

We ensure insurance coverage and risk mitigation, oversee legal compliance (leases, codes, regulations), and handle emergencies and disaster planning. We’ll regularly review insurance policies with brokers for gaps, provide landlords with annual compliance audits, and develop and test emergency response plans with tenants and vendors.
